Moldova now joins WDC AL

Moldova now joins WDC AL another Country not excepting the dictation.
Now Freedom to dance the first Amateur League event.
Seems to follow the other Countries trend.
WDSF will find this now unstoppable and its gaining pace all the time. The sick thinking of WDSF will kill the old IDSF system and in turn it kills its self.
Keep up the good work it is just time now as the future changes.
