Dear Dancers,
The following letter was sent to me by Ada Agneli of UNESCO-CID.
She asked me to inform as many dancers as possible:
Dear Richard Gleave,
The following were decided:
1. The meeting will take place in the Palais de l'UNESCO in Paris in November 2011.
https://www.facebook.com/l/5eb993IRhona05djRDnh97kZzkg;www.unesco.org
2. The heads of international dance organizations will be invited to attend - see list below.
Each organization can send up to three delegates.
Observers will be allowed.
3. Working language will be English.
4. Each organization will send a written proposal one month prior to the meeting, to be distributed to all participants.
5. Each delegation will have 10 minutes for a short presentation, then a second round of positioning will follow.
After lunch, a round table informal discussion will close the day.
6. There will be no final text, no decision, no vote. If necessary, another meeting will be called in 2012.
The above is not confidential, on the contrary we will be happy if you can inform as many dance professionals as possible.
Sincerely
Ada Angeli
