so, in plain read the Russians said to WDSF that the Diamond Cup cannot be held because of the lack of legitimacy of the organization and the people who represent it; Further the letter said that despite the given instructions to DSFR they did not follow them in a timely manner thus the event failed. The published on the DSFR long blabla letter does not make any difference and tryes to deflect the issue by stipulating different reason for the failure. Funny
