WDC WORLD PROFESSIONAL 10 DANCE CHAMPIONSHIP 2011
The World Dance Council World Professional 10 Dance Championship will be presented on September 30th and October 1st, 2011 at the Centre Robert Guertin in the city of Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.
Gatineau is particularly appropriate as the city is located closed to Ottawa, the Capital of Canada and the venue has been host to many major events.
The Canadian Dance & Dance Sport Council have been honoured by the WDC with the presentation of the event and they have called upon the services of Production Mondial Danse, who successfully staged previous WDC World Championships. The Organising committee is Alain Millette, his wife Danielle & Stephane Sauve
WDC World Championships are recognised as the most prestigious events in the dance world and any organiser faces tremendous pressure to ensure that they maintain the high standard, the great organisation, the elegance, the style that is synonymous with WDC events.
Two fantastic days of dancing can be expected in the World Championships with the Latin taking place on Friday September 30th and the Ballroom on Saturday 1st October. A quick glance at the list of competitors shows past Champions, Reigning Champions and couples with the potential to emerge victorious as new Champions in 2011. Enormous excitement along with a very high standard can be anticipated and there should be several tremendous battles presenting the Adjudicators with the most difficult decision making task..
As is usual with WDC events a most knowledgeable and experienced panel of Adjudicators have been assembled and the 11 facing an onerous task are :
