Dear Mr. Wota

I am instructed by the Board of Directors of the World Dance Council Ltd. to notify you of the following:
The Board of Directors has received numerous reports of the activities of the PZST, which are clearly illustrating those activities to be contrary to the best interests of the World Dance Council.
The Board of Directors has deliberated at great length, and has taken a unanimous decision at their recent BOD meeting of the 3rd June 2011, to suspend Polskie Zawodowe Stowarzyszenie Taneczne (PZST) for a period of 12 months due to those activities in accordance with article 7 of the Articles of Association of the World Dance Council Ltd.
To protect the freedom and rights of all registered competitors and adjudicators for Poland, the Board of Directors has decided to place their registrations directly with the Council for the following 12 months.
The Board of Directors have further decided found a National Dance Council for Poland, which will allow membership to all suitable applicants, and would invite the PZST to join this National Dance Council.

The Board of Directors has deliberated at great length, and has taken a unanimous decision to suspend Dancesport Australia (DSA) for a period of 12 months due to those activities in accordance with article 7 of the Articles of Association of the World Dance Council Ltd.
To protect the freedom and rights of all registered competitors and adjudicators for Australia, the Board of Directors has decided to place their registrations directly with the Council for the following 12 months.
The Board of Directors have further decided to found a National Dance Council for Australia, which will allow membership to all suitable applicants, and would invite the DSA to submit an application to join which will be duly considered.
